意大利威尔第音乐协会，辛那伊公社，和威尔第音乐学院联合举办第5届意大利辛那伊国际青年管乐作曲比赛。比赛的目的是促进，激励管乐的发展，发现优秀的青年管乐作品，每两年举行一次。各个国籍的作曲家都可以申请参赛，年龄不限。比赛只征集为青年管乐团创作的曲目，各种流派，各种形式的音乐都可以。

　　参赛要求： 各个国籍的作曲家均可参赛，年龄不限

　　参赛曲目：

　　比赛分为三个部分：

　　A） 难度等级：1级

　　曲目的时长在4分钟以内（详见附件乐谱说明）

    TONALITY: Bb and Eb and relative minors (without modulations).

　　TIME: 2/4; 3/4; 4/4

    RHYTHMIC: I use of the following figures On the short-lasting values to prefer beaten again sounds or diatonic passages

　　INSTRUMENTATION: Extensive use of the guides in order to allow the execution also to incomplete and little balanced ensembles

　　DISTRIBUTION OF THE PARTS: The maximum use of four real parts the most possible isorhythmics

　　BASS LINE: to unified and/or to eighth (bassoon, bass clarinet, baritone sax, trombone, euphonium, tuba)

　　PERCUSSIONS: Max 3 players between percussions 1 and 2 with double beat rolls and flam on the quarter note.

　　DURATION: max. 4’ 00” approximately.

　　AGOGICS: 72 - 120 bpm. Rallentando e Corona

　　DYNAMICS: p, mf, f, crescendo e diminuendo

　　ARTICULATIONS: accento, staccato, legato

　　OPTIONAL : it indicates that the instrument can be used but we must foresee its substitution, at least for the obliged parts

    B） 难度等级：1.5级（详见附件乐谱说明）

　　TONALITY: F - Bb - Eb and relative minors (with eventual easy modulations).

　　TIME: 2/4; 3/4; 4/4; 2/2

　　RHYTHMIC: I use of the following figures to prefer beaten again sounds or diatonic passages

　　INSTRUMENTATION: Extensive use of the guides in order to allow the execution also to incomplete and little balanced formations

　　DISTRIBUTION OF THE PARTS: The maximum use of five real parts the most possible isorhythmics

　　BASS LINE : Unified and/or at the high octave between bassoon, bass clarinet, sax baritone, trombone 2, euphonium 2, C Bass

　　PERCUSSIONS: Max 3 performers between percussion 1 and 2 with bounce rolls and flam on the quarter notes.

　　The rhythmic section can also be of a higher grade.

　　DURATION: max. 5’ 00” approximately

　　AGOGICS: 76 - 120 bpm

　　DINAMICS: p, mp, mf, f, crescendo e diminuendo

　　ARTICULATIONS: accent, detached, legacy

　　OPTIONAL : it indicates that the instrument can be used but the substitution for less must some be previewed in the obliged parts

　　C） 难度等级：2级

　　TONALITY: F - Ab - Bb - Eb and relative minors

　　TIME: 2/4; 3/4; 4/4; 6/8; 2/2

    RHYTHMIC: I use of the following figures easy syncopation, easy contretemps, use of simple rhythmic combinations

　　INSTRUMENTATION: Extensive use of the guides in order to allow the execution also to incomplete and little balanced formations

    The Bassoon line (optional) must be used with C Trombone 1-2 and / or with C Euphonium 1-2

　　PERCUSSIONS: Max 4 performers between percussion 1 and 2, use of rolls; the writing can be of a higher grade

　　DURATION: max. 7’ 00” approximately

　　AGOGICS: from 60 - 132 bpm, Rallentando and Accelerando, with a possibility of sections with different metronome markings and tempos.

    DINAMICS: p, mp, mf, f, ff, sf, fp, crescendo e diminuendo

　　ARTICULATIONS: accent, short accent, detached, held, legacy

　　OPTIONAL : it indicates that the instrument can be used but the substitution for less must some be previewed in the obliged parts

　　比赛规则：

　　1.选手可以参加全部三个部分的比赛。选手提交的作品是未公开演出过的，未获得过奖项的。

　　2.在2012年的第4届比赛中获得过奖项的选手不得参加2014年同组别的比赛。

　　3.作品可以是任何流派，任何形式的音乐，只要符合曲目规定即可。

　　4.由国际上的知名音乐家组成评委团，评委的决定是最终的。

　　5.如果没有曲目符合评判的标准，评委有权力保留奖项。

　　6.获奖作品可以使用比赛的名称。

　　7.组委会把获奖作品报送给意大利和国际上的管乐团。

　　8.组委会将会与所有的选手沟通比赛的结果，给每一位选手发送评委的报告。颁奖典礼的时间和地点将会与获奖者沟通。获奖作品需要给组委会发送分谱。

　　9.选手申请参赛，意味着同意所有的比赛规则。

　　10.如有争议，以意大利语版本的规则为准。

　　一等奖：1000欧元

　　二等奖：700欧元

　　一等奖：800欧元
