两年一届的俄罗斯“音乐海参崴”国际青年音乐家比赛由俄罗斯联邦文化部主办，由远东国家艺术学院承办，该比赛为俄罗斯联邦2012-2018文化工程特别项目，同时还受到了Muzykalnoye Obozreniye报纸、俄罗斯音乐比赛协会、Maritime省政府、Maritime爱乐乐团、普罗科菲耶夫第一儿童艺术学校、Maritime省公共电视台的赞助与支持。

　　俄罗斯“音乐海参崴”国际青年音乐家比赛旨在为居住在俄罗斯比较偏远的西伯利亚地区和俄罗斯远东地区的音乐天才们提供一个展现自我的机会，在所有轮次比赛中帮助他们提高专业技能和表演技巧，以提升该地区的演奏水平，同时，增强与亚太地区国家的文化连结与联系。本次比赛过程中，还安排了授课方法会议、公开课、大师班及多场音乐会。

　　本次比赛将在远东国家艺术学院举办，激励校园内的艺术学生们主动去提升自己的表演水平及专业性，鼓励他们在未来继续不懈追求音乐生涯。比赛让学生们认识到成为著名音乐家的希望。比赛吸引了青年一代对世界文化成就的关注，让更多的人为自己国家的文化发展做出贡献。

    3. A piece for the performer’s choice.

    中级组(19岁及以下)

    1. A composition by Bach for the performer’s choice.

    2. A guitar classic music piece (Sor, Giuliani, Aguado, Legnani, Paganini, Diabelli, Carulli,Carcassi, Gragnani, Kufner.)

    3. A piece for the performer’s choice.

    A programme for the competitor’s choice including a music piece of a large form.

    高级组(25岁及以下)

    第一轮：25分钟

    1. No less than two movements from the suites, partitas or sonatas by Bach.

    2. A music piece of one of the composers: Tarrega, Moreno Torroba, Turina,Castelnuovo Tedesco, Ponce, Villa-Lobos, Rodrigo, Barrios, Albenis, Kost.

    3. A technically complicated piece or a concert etude.

    A programme for the competitor’s choice including a large-scale composition of a modern composer.

    1. Pieces of music of pre-Classic period or by Vienna classics (Haydn, Mozart,Beethpoven.)

    2. By Russian or Western composer of the 19th century.

    All music pieces should be of different character for one piano played four hands or for two pianos played four

hands (authentic ones or arrangements.)

    1.比赛为一轮或两轮;

    2.不超过一半的选手晋级第二轮比赛;

    4.每个年龄组别、类别中将分别评选出一二三等奖，另外，还将评选出最终大奖获得者及证书获得者;

    5.会向优秀的老师及最佳伴奏家颁发特别奖，授予荣誉证书;

    6.评委的决定是最终的，不接受任何异议;

    7.获得者有义务参加闭幕音乐会，并在组委会安排的其它音乐会上演出;

    8.每年年龄组别的一二三等奖获得者将获得现金奖励;

    9.团体组别无现金奖励;

    10.比赛的原版规则为俄语，如发生争议，以俄语版规则为准;

    奖项设置：

    每个年龄组别、类别中将分别评选出一二三等奖，另外，还将评选出最终大奖获得者及证书获得者;

    会向优秀的老师及最佳伴奏家颁发特别奖，授予荣誉证书;
